SAP & On-construction EPC’s           

ERC provide SAP calculations that are required to prove building regulations part L compliance for all new build properties, conversions and extensions.

On-construction EPC’s can be produced using the SAP methodology. The certificates are needed if a property is to be sold or let, it can also be requested from building control.

We can provide you with SAP calculations through to your EPC even if we have not completed your initial SAP calculations we can still provide Energy Performance Certificates for your development.
